On Thursday October 5, 2017 Doris Lee Phipps of Jarrettsville, Maryland  passed away.  Daughter of the late Herbert L. Morrow and the late Myrtle M. Biles Morrow.  Wife of the late Walter H. Phipps; mother of Glenn S. Phipps; Debra L. Botterill; Laurel A. Moody; Karen P. Muncy; also survived by 7 grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday October 8, 2017 from 3-6 PM from the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 3345 Charles Street, Fallston, Maryland  21047.  Funeral service will be Monday October 9, 2017 at 10:00 AM from the church.  Interment in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens,  200 East Padonia Road, Timonium, Maryland  21093.

I am so very saddened to learn of Doris' passing. She was such a sweet,caring lady & friend to us all at Manna House @ Bel Air Methodist Church. She will be missed !

My deepest sympathy to the family and loved ones. I worked with Doris at BGE many years ago. She was always helpful and kind to all of her co-workers. May God's peace and your memories bring comfort in the days ahead.
